Tour Guide

As the Tour and Travel Packages Sales Manager at Tour Umbrella, you will be responsible for driving sales of our diverse range of tour packages. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote tour packages and meet sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting the right tour packages and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of tour packages and exceptional customer experiences.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and future opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
