**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our financial products and services, emphasizing the benefits and features.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and referrals, identifying potential clients who may be interested in our offerings.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our financial products, including savings accounts, investment options, insurance policies, and loan products.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing clients to provide updates on new products, promotions, and offers, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with clients through professional and courteous communication, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets for new customer acquisitions, cross-selling, and revenue generation.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our products but have not yet committed, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update contact information, and manage the CRM database effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during client interactions and sales processes.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products and services, and relay any suggestions or concerns to the appropriate departments.
