
Banquet Operation Assistant

The Banquet Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and functions within the banquet department. They provide support to the banquet operations team and assist in various aspects of event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Assist in the setup and arrangement of the event equipment according to the event layout and specifications.
- Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with the banquet manager or supervisor to address any last-minute changes or special requirements.
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the banquet team to ensure the timely and efficient execution of events according to the established timeline.
- Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces following the conclusion of each function.
- Ensure that event areas are left clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Provide support and assistance to teammates as needed, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in banquet operations, event planning, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
