**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions using the company’s CRM software.
- Address and resolve customer payment issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and resolve outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective resolution of customer queries.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in collections, credit control, debt recovery, or telecalling.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills in both Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to multitask, manage customer relationships, and resolve issues effectively.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage priorities efficiently.
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
