**About Daftar Decor**: Daftar Decor is a leading design and fit-out company specializing in luxurious office spaces that inspire creativity and innovation. We focus on delivering high-end, aesthetically pleasing, and functional environments tailored to our clients' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the BIM modeling process for interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring coordination across disciplines.
- Develop detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit), focusing on high-end, luxury office interiors.
- Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation for fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, including interior designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts before construction begins.
- Manage and organize project data and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the BIM model throughout the design and construction phases.
- Perform on-site coordination, attending project meetings to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Incorporate sustainable design and innovative construction techniques in line with client expectations and project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM for interior design and fit-out, with a portfolio of commercial and office projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit is mandatory, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar is a plus).
- Familiarity with luxury office interiors and high-end fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and coordination. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to interior architecture.

Pay: ₹30,920.41 - ₹40,115.64 per month
