**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will primarily focus on architectural drafting, BIM modeling, and coordination with our U.S.based clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage occasional CGI projects, ensuring our 3D renders meet architectural standards and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Architectural Drafting & BIM
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Review project requirements and design briefs to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
- Coordinate with client-side architects and engineers to clarify design concepts, code compliance, and technical specifications.

2. Project Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, organizing tasks and deadlines in collaboration with our internal drafting and design team.
- Communicate updates, feedback, and design revisions effectively to both clients and internal stakeholders.

3. CGI Project Oversight (Occasional)
- Work closely with our CGI specialists to confirm that 3D renders accurately reflect architectural intent and design details.
- Manage timelines and resource allocation for CGI projects, ensuring consistency and quality in final deliverables.

4. Quality Control & Documentation
- Perform regular checks on drawings, models, and renders for accuracy, adherence to codes/regulations, and alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including design changes, revisions, and final deliverables.

5. Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to refining our drafting and CGI processes by sharing best practices, new tools, or workflow improvements.
- Train and mentor junior team members on architectural standards, software usage, and quality expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or a related field).
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural drafting, design, or a relevant BPO role.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and other relevant drafting tools.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray) is a plus.
- Understanding of U.S. building codes, standards, and construction practices (highly preferred).
- Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with international clients and teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹11,955.50 - ₹54,971.85 per month
