We have a large delivery center based in Gurugram, India.

**Position Title :Junior BIM Architect**

**Locations : Gurugram**

**Nature of Job: Full -Time**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Clearly analysis of client requirement and input received. Taken the ownership the work carried by the self/next level subordinate.
- Precisely verifying the deliverables in all respects.
- Produces clash and design issue reports
- Produces BIM deliverables as set in the BIM execution plan

**Marginal Duties**:

- Willing to work as an BIM Architect with Client's project
- Document control support
- Coordinate with client if required

**Experience Required**:

- B.Arch/B.Tech/M.Arch/M.Tech or foreign equivalent in Architectural /Civil Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university
- Prefer with 1-3 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre‐construction through hand off phase of commercial construction
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD®, Revit Architecture ®
- Good knowledge of Navisworks, Sketch up
- Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
