**Job Title: Paid Media Executive / Performance Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Pune
**Experience**: 1-2 years in Paid Campaigns

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Executive for our company HM Ad-World to plan, create, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll be responsible for targeting the right audiences, maximizing ROI, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure compelling and conversion-driven ad content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and launch effective ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Allocate ad budgets strategically to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions while minimizing costs.
- Identify and target the right audience using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data, along with retargeting strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy variations, and targeting strategies for improved efficiency.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements and strategic planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure optimal campaign performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in running and managing paid ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and respective algorithms.
- Experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Proficiency in social media and campaign management tools.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Canva for graphic and reel creation is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
