Assist in order processing, order review, and order acceptance.
- Coordinate with the team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Handle queries and concerns from customers like MCGM, BARC regarding their orders.
- Follow-up with customers for payments/commercial docs/Bank Guarantees etc.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
- Liaise with Government e Marketplace (GeM),MCGM, BARC for order processing and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the sales/marketing team as needed.
- Preparing Response documents for EOI, RFI etc.
- Any other tasks specifically assigned by RM like preparing BOQs etc.
- VISITING GOVT SITES FOR INSPECTION, WORK ORDER COMPLITION,

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
