*Job Title:* Assistant Registrar
*Reports to:* Registrar/GM/VC
Location: KNP Group of Institutions, Bagli Road Misrod
Job Summary:
The Assistant Registrar supports the Registrar in managing academic and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with Government Norms, Institutional policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Looking for various Compliance Portals in order to adherence the norms of AICTE, PCI, BCI, DCI, INC, CCIM, RGPV, BU, DTE MP, AFRF MP, AISHE
2. Maintain students record accurate and up-to-date ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
2. *Registration and Enrollment:* Assist with student registration, enrollment, and related processes.
3. *Academic Policies:* Implement and enforce academic policies and procedures.
4. *Communication:* Liaise with faculty, staff, and students on academic and administrative matters.
5. *Data Management:* Manage and analyze data related to student records, enrollment, and academic performance.
*Requirements:*
1. M.Tech or M.Pharma (PhD holders will be preferable)
2.
5 years of Experience in academic administration
3. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
