**Urgent Hiring for Procurement Executive || Gurugram**

Profile:

- Procurement Engineer (Only male)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Identification and Evaluation**:

- Assist in identifying potential suppliers for technical components and materials.
- Support the evaluation of suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

**Purchasing and Order Management**:

- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Ensure that purchased items meet the required technical specifications and quality standards.

**Collaboration with Engineering and Production Teams**:

- Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand technical requirements.
- Assist in translating technical specifications into procurement requirements.

**Cost Analysis and Budgeting**:

- Support cost analysis for various components and materials.
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost control efforts.

**Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that arise.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing reports on procurement performance and cost savings.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards.
- Support quality inspections and address any discrepancies with suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics or Electrical).
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts like Power Electronics Systems and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the procurement field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Familiarity with procurement software.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to procurement.
