We are searching for an innovative, well-organized Procurement executive to join our swiftly growing company. The Procurement executive's responsibilities include designing and developing computer systems on time and to specifications, developing strategies, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in IT systems, analyzing operations, and making suggestions for improvement in respect to Procurement domain. They also allocate resources, as well as assist with training. You should be able to effectively manage risks and protect data.
To be successful as Procurement executive, you should strive to improve knowledge through research and continuing education. Outstanding Procurement executives are able to find efficient, cost-effective solutions to problems, and communicate effectively with senior and junior staff.
Key Responsibility - Manages the procurement function of the origination with responsibility of increases in revenue and margin while delivering on quality, price, process and efficiency. Collaborated with quality team to approve new vendors for optimal cost saving and growth. Implemented contract filler, supplier optimization program, including requiring open costing from supplier, improved term rates, rebate option and cost saving initiatives implementing systems of inventory management avoiding over-stocking or wastage.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute a complete project from its bidding to complete handover of the project.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
- To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
- Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum project delivery.
- Process purchase orders to acquire goods by RFPs, RFQs etc.
- Attend meetings with the finance team, engineering team, vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications
- Supplier relationship management
**REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or similar, Master's degree preferable
- Relevant work experience in similar role
- Experience managing a team
- Proficient in MS Office Suit
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and management skills
- Ability to train staff
