Client Servicing Executive

Mumbai, India The HVAC Studio Full time

Innovation: Imaging, piloting and spreading new ways to save energy and serve our clients in pursuit of our Mission and Vision.
- Clients: Keeping client engineering and maintenance teams informed about The HVAC Studio’s energy saving measures, to build our brand value.
- Vendors and Subcontractors: Coordinating with vendors and contractors on site as needed to execute works.
- Submitting hard copies of invoices to the right people immediately when received.
- Manage warranties, AMCs, spares and inventories for each of our equipment at site and coordinating with management in case of any requirements.
- Documentation: Managing and recording all site-related expenses, including maintenance and repairs. Preparing all site documentation as per company standards.

**Key Requirements**

1-4 years of experience in HVAC and Site Handling

Diploma, ITI, or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Some experience with operations and maintenance of central air conditioning systems (Chill water / VRF / VRV Etc)

Capable of making basic HVAC Drawings on ACAD, preparing HVAC Design and Heatload

Communication: Must speak English, Hindi and Marathi language

Regularly documenting success stories from the site with respect to operations and maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
