Description
- 3 to 5

years of core performance testing experience.
- Preference should be for people who have done end to end performance

testing independently.
- Good hands experience in using LoadRunner. Good to have JMeter knowledge.
- Should have very good knowledge in scripting, execution and basic

analysis using LoadRunner.
- Must be able to understand workload model and convert them to appropriate

run time parameters to run load test independently.
- Must be able to understand NFRs and use them effectively to run

performance tests.
- Good knowledge of various testing like load, endurance, spike etc.
- Good to have experience on testing APIs, and web services.
- Must be well versed with PTLC and should be able to develop project

documents.
- Must possess good communication skills.
