'¢ Identify non-functional goals and requirements

'¢ Work with Enterprise architects to identify critical business scenarios

and build performance workload

'¢ Designing effective tests to check system performance and

stability

'¢ Perform component level dynamic code profiling to optimize unit level

performance

'¢ Identify the capacity requirements for individual components

'¢ Identify the scalability factor of the individual components

'¢ Collaborate with performance analysts to simulate and identify

performance bottlenecks

'¢ Collaborate with development and operations team to perform RCA on

performance issues

'¢ Collaborate with development to fix the performance issues

'¢ Periodic status reporting to program managers throughout the

engagement

'¢ Create documentation and maintain repository on known performance

issues and resolution.
