**PERFORMANCE TESTING (COMMERCIAL & OPEN SOURCE TOOLS)**

**Required Experience and Skills**:
- ** 8+ years of performance testing experience with Loadrunner/Jmeter having at least 4 years in Jmeter (mandatory).**
- ** Experience in software performance testing, including load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing.**
- ** Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or other performance testing tools**
- Unix OS proficiency
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services, including AWS or Azure.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Performance testing and monitoring tools.
- Testing Coordination experience - Full understand of End to End performance test process and experience on how and when to engage different teams such as DBA, Dev or System admins.
- ** Good programming experience with java for at least 3 years.**
- Experience with Agile/ Waterfall development methodologies MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, & Word)
- Knowledge of enterprise integration software technologies such as Web Services, MQ, DB, Visio, Gantt chart, and SharePoint experience
- ** Experience in Performance testing for API’s, Web, DB, FTP and other protocols.**
- ** Experience with performance testing of DB2, HANA, IQ, Oracle, and Oracle database analysis (AWR).**
- Speaking / presentation skills in a professional setting
- Experience with Continuous integration with Performance Testing.
- Experience working on Banking or Insurance domain projects.
