In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the performance and scalability of our applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing a detailed performance testing strategy to identify and solve performance issues before they impact users. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain performance testing plans and test cases to assess the performance of applications under various load conditions. Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar to simulate user activity and evaluate application responsiveness. Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to the development team for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application architecture and identify performance requirements. Create detailed documentation and reports on testing outcomes, including performance metrics and recommendations. Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning efforts for application infrastructures. Monitor applications in production to ensure they meet performance standards and respond to alerts proactively. Requirements Key Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in Performance Testing with a focus on load, stress, and scalability testing. Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with performance monitoring tools is a plus. Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and underlying architectures. Ability to write and execute scripts in languages like Java, Python, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
