We are looking for a skilled Pattern Maker to join our team, who shares our passion for sustainable fashion and is experienced in working with post-consumer waste. **Key Responsibilities**: - Create precise patterns for a range of clothing items using post-consumer waste fabrics - Analyze designs and communicate with the design team to ensure that pattern layouts - meet design specifications - Create pattern prototypes and test fittings to ensure that each garment fits perfectly - Work with the production team to ensure that patterns are suitable for sustainable manufacturing practices - Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in sustainable pattern making techniques **Preferred Skills/Experience**: - At least five years of experience as a Pattern Maker, preferably in sustainable fashion - Strong understanding of post-consumer waste patterns and sustainable manufacturing practices - Ability to interpret design sketches and communicate effectively with the design team - Knowledge of garment construction and fitting techniques - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pattern making **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - Pattern Cutter (Clothing): 5 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person
