Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Cutter, located in New Delhi. The Pattern Cutter will be responsible for creating detailed patterns based on design specifications, adjusting existing patterns, and ensuring fit and quality. Daily tasks include cutting fabric, marking measurements, working with designers to interpret their ideas, and maintaining accurate records of patterns. The role also involves collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pattern making, pattern grading, and fabric cutting
  • Proficiency in using pattern cutting software
  • Strong understanding of garment construction and design
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure precision in measurements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Relevant certification or diploma in fashion design or related field
  • Prior experience in the fashion industry is a plus
