We are seeking a skilled Men’s Cutting Master to join our team. The Cutting Master will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cutting process, ensuring precision, accuracy, and efficiency in the creation of garments. This role requires a keen eye for detail, expert knowledge of cutting techniques, and a passion for delivering superior quality craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities**
1. Interpret and analyze garment patterns to determine optimal cutting strategies.
2. Operate cutting equipment such as scissors, rotary cutters, and electric cutting machines with precision and care.
3. Measure and mark fabrics according to pattern dimensions, taking into account shrinkage allowances and seam allowances.
4. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of garment designs.
5. Train and mentor junior cutting staff to develop their skills and expertise.
6. Conduct quality inspections to identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies in the cutting process.
7. Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of garments.

**Qualifications**
1. Proven experience as a Cutting Tailor or similar role in a bespoke tailoring environment.
2. Expert knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and cutting techniques.
3. Proficiency in operating cutting equipment and tools with precision and accuracy.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
5. Certification or formal training in tailoring, fashion design, or a related field is preferred.
6. Passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality garments.
