**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, or specifications to understand cutting requirements.
- Set up and operate cutting machinery such as saws, laser cutters, or CNC machines.
- Ensure the proper selection of cutting tools and materials based on project specifications.
- Measure and mark materials for cutting according to precise dimensions.
- Monitor cutting processes to maintain quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
- Perform routine maintenance on cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with cutting machinery and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while operating cutting equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and completed tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Cutting Master with a focus on women's lingerie and sleepwear.
- Proven experience as a cutting machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of different cutting techniques and materials, including metals, plastics, and wood.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work, particularly in replicating designs from visual references.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with the design team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving design concepts and materials.

**Education and Experience**:

- Formal education or apprenticeship in Cutting or fashion design is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a focus on women's lingerie and sleepwear

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
