The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services essential for hospital operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers. The Purchase Executive ensures that all purchases comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, terms, and quality for hospital purchases.
- Create, review, and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment; collaborate with clinical staff to forecast needs and prevent shortages.
- Assist in the development and management of contracts with suppliers; ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and potential suppliers to optimize procurement strategies.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.
- Evaluate supplier performance and product quality, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and ethical standards.
- Generate reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
