As a Used Car Salesman at Veer Mahindra, you will be responsible for selling our pre-owned vehicles by assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions. Your role will require strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
Build rapport with customers and identify their preferences and requirements.
Provide product information, answer questions, and offer test drives.

Product Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all used vehicles in inventory.
Educate customers about vehicle features, options, and specifications.
Offer expert advice on the condition and history of the used cars.

Sales Process:Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection to purchase.
Conduct price negotiations and explain financing and warranty options.
Assist with paperwork and ensure a smooth purchase experience.

Relationship Building:Cultivate long-term customer relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Sales Targets:Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost sales performance.
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and legal requirements.
Complete sales-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow proper procedures for vehicle test drives and delivery.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
