**Job Title: Chinese Language Expert**
**Salary: Up to 11 LPA**
**Location: Work from Home**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate and interpret documents and verbal communication from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- Provide excellent customer support and communication in Chinese, responding to queries and assisting with tasks.
- Participate in training sessions and improve language skills as per business requirements.
- Maintain high-quality standards in terms of translations, interpretation, and communication.
- Manage tasks within deadlines, while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **HSK 4 or HSK 5 Certification** (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese.
- Strong comprehension and listening abilities in both Chinese and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in **Night Shifts** and **Rotational Shifts**.
- Prior experience (optional) or freshers with the necessary certification are welcome to apply.

**Work Schedule & Benefits**:
