**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Interpretation**: Provide real-time verbal interpretation during meetings, calls, video conferences, and other events, ensuring clear and accurate communication between Chinese-speaking individuals and English speakers.
- **Cultural Mediation**: Offer cultural insights to ensure mutual understanding during conversations, addressing potential communication barriers or misunderstandings.
- **Client Interaction**: Support internal teams and clients during business discussions, conferences, and negotiations involving Chinese speakers.
- **Document Review**: Help review and revise translated materials for clarity, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information during interpretation and translation activities.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and international language standards, ensuring that work is in compliance with industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with an excellent command of spoken and written language.
- **Certifications**: Mandatory SH4 or SH5 certification in interpretation, proving professional competency and proficiency in the Chinese language.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an interpreter, ideally with exposure to a business or corporate setting.
- **Shift Flexibility**: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on the business requirements.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret with high accuracy, without altering the intended meaning.
