Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls, visits to potential customers to explain offerings and generate interest.
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with existing clients and build rapport with potential new ones.
- Data Management: Accurately record call logs, customer interactions, and update customer records in a CRM.
- Sales & Engagement: Meet daily/weekly targets for sales, conversions, or customer engagement.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads to convert prospects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports and update management on prospect status.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, plan and perform visits to client location and improve customer experience.
- Compliance: Adhere to telecalling scripts, company policies, and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to convey messages clearly.
- Persuasion & Negotiation:
Ability to persuade customers and use negotiation skills to close sales or resolve issues.
- Customer Service:
Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy to address customer needs and complaints.
- Technical Skills:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are often required.
- Data Entry:
Accurate and efficient data entry skills for managing customer information.
- Resilience:
Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree can be an advantage.

**Experience**:
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is beneficial.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
