Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. - Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling Experience.
- Should have Excellent Hindi and English communication skill and Convincing power, should have knowledge of business development.
- Should be open minded and ready to learn.

Follow-up with customers & internal team.
- Demonstrate value, negotiate and close new customers

Experiance

0-3 Years Experiance in Tele Caller and Telecaller team Handling /Freshers also can apply

Experiance in Telesales

Qualification:

- Graduate
