**About Us**:
TrustFlow Plumbing and Heating is a professional plumbing and heating service provider committed to reliability, fast response, and excellent customer care. We are seeking a motivated and professional **Customer Service Representative** to handle incoming phone calls from our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and manage incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
- Record customer information, service requests, and schedule appointments
- Provide accurate information about our plumbing and heating services
- Transfer calls or escalate urgent requests to the appropriate team member
- Keep accurate logs of calls and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- **Fully remote role - must be available to work Canadian business hours**
(Monday-Saturday 8 AM - 6 PM EST, Sunday 8 AM - 3 PM EST)
- **Fluent in English** with clear and professional communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is an asset
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Computer literate with basic data entry skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
