**Job Title: Junior Associate - PowerBI**

**Introduction to role**:
**Accountabilities**:
As an Associate PowerBI Analyst, you will assist in the design, development, and deployment of PowerBI solutions to meet the needs of our business partners. You will interpret evolving SFO needs, gather requirements, translate them into technical terms, and collaborate with the Field Reporting Service Team to develop technology solutions addressing business challenges. You will excel in interpreting field data, deriving business insights, and offering strategic recommendations. These insights will drive decision-making, streamline sales operations, and elevate overall business performance for various AZ brands.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PowerBI development and data analysis using SQL.
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and PowerBI Service.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a substantial number of business stakeholders and cross-functional business partners
- Effective communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop and effectively present succinct, compelling reviews of independently developed analyses infused with insight and business implications/actions to be considered
- Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with Commercial Leadership Team
- Knowledge of AZ brand and science is highly desirable
