**Job Summary***:God Particles** is seeking a **Junior Sales Associate** to join our creative team. If you have **1-2 years of experience** in sales and marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving client success, we’d love to connect
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, network, and engage strategically to win new business.
- Showcase how our advertising solutions align with client goals.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, and secure sales.
- Ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage pre-and post-sales activities for lasting partnerships.
- Use upselling and cross-selling strategies effectively.
- Track sales using CRM tools and generate actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **1-2 years** in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and client coordination.
- Expertise in using **Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools**.
- Familiarity with advertising, media, or digital solutions is an advantage.
- Capable of handling multiple clients and tasks with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
- Demonstrated ability in **upselling and cross-selling** with a goal-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management is a plus.
- Proficient in creating client proposals, presentations, and performance reports using **Excel and PowerPoint**.

**Preferred Experience**:1-2 years of experience** in a sales or marketing role, ideally within an advertising or marketing agency, is a plus.
