We're actively looking for a **Junior Associate** in **Chennai **Location

**Qualification**:B.Com with more than 80%

**Experience**:Fresher

**Shift Timings**:Mon - Fri9.30am - 5.30pm (Sat & Sunday Holiday)

**CTC**:INR 10000/Per Month (Hike will be given after 3months probation period)

**Skills Required**: Good communication in English must & Accounting skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists management in identifying opportunities to improve business operations.
- Takes the lead in maintaining and improving process automation through system enhancements.
- Analyze, review, forecast, and trend big and complex data sets. Performs ad hoc analyses.
- Review and research in complex accounting data for the purpose of preparing financial statements and group consolidation.
- Assistance in preparing documents related to IFRS conversion from Local GAAP based out in Finland.
- Working with EPM software such as Tagetik for management and group reporting.
- Monthly reporting of management accounts to the group for various clients.

**Only Immediate joiners are required.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
