**Position: Junior Legal Associate**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance forms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws.
- Maintain organized records and legal databases, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support the implementation of compliant policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communications with regulatory authorities, preparing and submitting filings, permits, and reports.
- Conduct legal research to support compliance and business operations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior legal staff, including preparing for meetings and hearings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address legal and compliance-related queries.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in law with strong academic performance.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal database software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
