Role Description This is a full-time Associate Advocate (Trademarks) role located in Chennai. The Associate Advocate will be responsible for managing trademark matters, including filing applications, responding to office actions, and conducting trademark searches. The role will involve working closely with clients to protect their intellectual property rights and provide legal advice on trademark issues. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property Law and Trademark prosecution Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Law degree from a recognized university Experience in handling trademark matters is a plus Skills Legal Research Trademark Law Intellectual Property Rights Legal Writing
