**What You’ll Do**

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through their car-buying journey while making sure they feel confident, informed, and excited about their purchase.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist walk-in and online customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Coordinate and conduct test drives
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and trade-in offers
- Maintain follow-up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
- Keep records updated using CRM or basic digital tools
- Maintain cleanliness and display standards in the showroom

**What We’re Looking For**

**Must-haves**:

- Good communication skills (Malayalam essential, English or Hindi is a plus)
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven role
- Basic computer/phone app handling ability
- Valid driver’s license and two-wheeler preferred

**Preferred but not required**:

- Experience in automotive sales or any customer-facing role
- Local area knowledge (Kollam and surroundings)
