Designation: Chat Support Executive (Social Media)
Experience: 0- 2 years
Shift Rotational: Rotational ( 8:30 am to 5 pm & 1 pm to 10 pm)
Compensatory off: Provided

**Responsibilities**:
Respond to Reviews & Feedback: Engage promptly and professionally with customer reviews (both positive and negative) across various platforms, offering solutions where necessary and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Manage Social Media Presence: Maintain the brand’s image on all social media platforms by monitoring comments, reviews, and messages, and addressing any complaints or negative comments.
Reporting: Generate routine reports and analytics on online reputation metrics, offering insights and suggestions to senior management.
Coordinating with the Social Media query team.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

- Analytical approach + Data-Driven Thought Process + Optimization mindset.
- The ability to think creatively, own things, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis & presentations. - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
