**Purpose of the Job**:
The purpose of the Learning Operations role is to ensure the seamless and high-quality delivery of learning programs. This role coordinates logistics, manages schedules, and facilitates clear communication to optimize the learning experience and align with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end operations of learning program delivery, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for participants.
- Oversee classroom arrangements, including logistics, materials, and technology setup, to facilitate effective learning environments.
- Develop and maintain a detailed calendar of learning events, managing schedules to optimize participant availability and resource allocation.
- Craft and execute a robust communication plan to engage learners, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring clarity and alignment on program objectives and schedules.
- Liaise with esteemed learning partners, including academic institutions and professional training companies, to align program delivery with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in learning operations, program management, or a similar role within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on commitments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and driving collaboration across diverse teams.
