**Project**: HSBC- Enablement of Food Street Business

**Skills Required**:
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and solve challenges faced by street food vendors in transitioning to online platforms.-
- Field Work: Comfortable on fieldwork, actively engaging with street food vendors to understand their needs and challenges-
- Technology: Proficient in using technology tools to facilitate online platforms and support street food vendors.-
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Kannada, especially in the context of engaging street food vendors.-
- Office Work: Competent in handling office tasks related to online platform facilitation, documentation, and reporting.**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct field visits to street food vendors, understand their business models and assess their readiness for online platforms.-
- Assist street food vendors in the onboarding process of various online platforms to enhance their business visibility.-
- Provide training and support to street food vendors in utilizing technology tools for managing online orders and payments.-
- Act as a liaison between street food vendors and online platforms, addressing any technical or operational issues.-
- Manage and organize documentation related to street food vendors' online presence and revenue growth.-
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and deadlines.**Qualifications**:
- 2 years of experience in the development sector or a related field is preferable.-
- Proficient in Kannada language (verbal).-
- Empathetic communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with street food vendors.-
- Comfortable working in both field and office environments.-
- Possession of a two-wheeler and legal driver's license.-
- Located in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
