Job Title: Field Executive Manager - Delivery Partner Onboarding & COD Cash Collection

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-5 Years (preferred in logistics/e-commerce operations) Freshers to can apply
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Partner Onboarding:
Conduct field visits to onboard new delivery partners.

Verify documents and ensure proper KYC is completed.

Train delivery partners on platform usage, delivery protocols, and customer service.

Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of field executives.

Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.

Ensure attendance, productivity, and discipline across the team.

COD Cash Collection:
Ensure timely and accurate collection of COD from delivery partners.

Maintain daily reconciliation and handover to the accounts team.

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in cash collection.

Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on onboarding, cash collection, and field activities.

Coordinate with regional and central operations teams for smooth execution.
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent.

2+ years of field operations/team management experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or delivery services.

Familiarity with onboarding processes and KYC compliance.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

Own vehicle with valid driving license (preferred).

Willing to travel within the city.
