**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **International Customer Service Advisor** to join our **Debt Collection** team. In this role, you will interact with international customers to manage and recover outstanding payments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers with overdue accounts, providing assistance, negotiating repayment solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain outstanding balances clearly and professionally, and work with customers to set up suitable payment arrangements.
- Resolve billing disputes, update account information, and document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow company guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, FDCPA if U.S. collections) while handling sensitive financial information.
- Maintain performance targets related to collections, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Use internal systems (CRM, collections software, etc.) to track payment history, escalate issues, and monitor progress.
- Liaise with other departments (Billing, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth and effective debt resolution.
- Maintain a courteous and diplomatic approach, even in difficult conversations, to protect the brand's image

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
