**Key Responsibilities**:
**On-field Sales**:
Visit potential customers, including contractors, carpenters, and furniture manufacturers, to promote Plyneer products.

Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and benefits.

**Lead Generation & Conversion**:
Identify new business opportunities through market visits and networking.

Build a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into loyal customers.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.

**Market Expansion**:
Explore new areas and markets to expand Plyneer's customer base.

Provide insights on potential markets and customer preferences.

**Order Management**:
Collect orders from customers and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery.

Follow up on payments and maintain accurate records.

**Reporting & Feedback**:
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.

Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on Plyneer’s product portfolio and technical specifications.

Communicate product details effectively to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (preferably in plywood, laminates, or building materials).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and other local languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) and basic computer skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the plywood and furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
