We are looking for a Data Service Center Agent (F/H). You will be support from the business in data creation and changes to maintain our global database.

We are looking for a Data Service Center Agent (F/H) based in our
IT Delivery Center in Les Berges du Lac (Tunis).
You will be support from the business in data creation and changes to maintain our global database.

**Grow with us - Your Responsibilities**:

- You validate and process Change Requests via MDG (Master Data Governance tool)
- You are responsible for the 1st level support of the business users in Service Now (Ticket tool)
- You will ensure that data creation and change processes are carried out in accordance with the specified data governance guidelines (and within defined SLAs)
- You will implement master data changes requested by the business (critical data as well as mass updates)
- In the context of monthly releases, you will create test documents and act as a tester
- You do run data analyses as requested by business and to ensure that above mentioned governance rules and timelines are met

**What will convince us**:

- You have successfully completed vocational training with a focus on IT/computer science and have already gained some professional experience in this field
- Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of Data Management as well as user knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP MDG or Solution Manager (on S4 ERP)
- You complement your profile with know-how in the area of training and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills in English round off your profile
