- Providing technical support to users.
- Creating/ Deleting/ Attaching/ Detaching/ Backing up.
- Adding/Deleting & editing users/groups in AD with profiles.
- Installation configuration & Administration of Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, windows 11.
- Configuration & Support for mail.
- Creation of User Ids & E-mail Ids.
- Coordinating with vendor for support.
- Configuration of Antivirus.
- Installation of Network / Local computers,scanner & printers.
- Configuration & Troubleshooting of Microsoft outlook express.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office Products OFFICE 2013,OFFICE 2016, OFFICE 2019,OFFICE 365.
- 365 License assignment / License removal,365 USER creation / Deletion / Modifying.
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches,
firewalls,VPN,)
- Troubleshooting of hardware and network connectivity problem & Replacing
Computer/Servers parts as required
- Basic Knowledge of MAC OS

JOB SPECIFICATION:

- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
