Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products or services. You will utilize your communication skills to engage prospects, answer their questions, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Maintain a database of customer information, including contact details and preferences.
- Keep records of calls and sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement effective sales strategies.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
- 5S: 2 years (preferred)
