**Job Title**: Female Telecaller for EpicEduCare

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
- Provide detailed information regarding courses, education options, and services offered by EpicEduCare.
- Assist clients with queries and guide them through the available options.
- Maintain and update records of calls and follow-ups.
- Work in a goal-oriented environment and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and effectively.
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Job Timings**:

- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
