**Job Title**: Telecaller (Female) - Target-Based Role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company's products and services effectively.
- Generate sales leads and meet sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in telecalling/sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English/Hindi/Bengali
