**Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Preparation**:
- Draft and prepare tender documents, including proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Ensure all documents meet client specifications and submission requirements.
- **Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify tender opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and client needs to inform tender strategies.
- **Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, operations) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Ensure all contributions are accurate and timely.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Review contract terms and conditions, pricing structures, and compliance requirements.
- **Deadline Management**:
- Manage tender timelines and ensure timely submission of all documents.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet submission deadlines.
- **Negotiation**:
- Participate in negotiations with clients or procurement officials to finalize contract terms.
- Clarify project scope, pricing, and risk mitigation.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of all tender-related documents, including correspondence, contracts, and compliance certificates.
- Track progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Enhance the organization’s reputation and increase tendering opportunities.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify areas for improvement in the tendering process.
- Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Reporting**:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on tendering activities.
- Analyze win/loss data, pipeline status, and key performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in a tendering or bid management role, preferably within the same industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using tender management software and MS Office Suite.
- **Knowledge**:
- Understanding of tender processes, legal regulations, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities.
- **Attention to Detail**:
- High level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
