Minimum Required Experience : 10 years
- Perform financial reporting and support monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management.
- Responsibilities Will Include Manage the business finance function to drive planning, governance, financial control, budgeting, commercial negotiations and performance review aspects of the business
- Creating the Annual Operating Plan for the business functions and refresh the outlook for the year every quarter by working with products, business, marketing and growth teams
- Creating and reviewing weekly and monthly business review decks and presenting the findings, challenges, action items in the broader forum of business leaders
- Work with the business and procurement teams for commercial closure and revisions for cost optimisation
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to business finance and business teams while recommending further courses of action Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, growth results and the business's actual performance compared to the business plans Manage planning, budgeting, and commercial closures for various business expenses
- Manage Post-merger integration of the acquired entities
- CA or MBA with 10 -17 years of experience
- Strong experience in FP&A
- Prior experience in working in a manufacturing organisation is mandatory
