**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Position: Logistics Manager (Export)

**Education: Any Graduate**
**Experience Required: Fresher**

Logistics Manager Organizing and monitoring quality of product and responsible for supply chain management. Responsible for Transportation till the container (Sea Freights) (Shipment) dispatched and reached to the final destination.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Negotiation and Liaising with transportation & shipping line
- Keeping Update With Customs House Agent
- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery time, transport cost
- Review Customer requirements and make sure they are met and international standard
- Comply with laws, regulation of custom and other requirement
- Visiting Suppliers and factory sites for sample collection and Quality Analysis
- Coordination with supplier related to Purchase Inquiries, Orders, Status
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Maintain records of sample from customer as well as suppliers inward -Outward.
- Own & Drive the SOP process involving all functional leads, Responsible from ideation to execution of Supply Chain Strategy
- International Logistics & Documentation ( **Planning according to order for Shipping Line for Sea freights, Forwarders & Transportation, container Booking and complete logistic duties)**:

- Tracking the containers (shipment) till its reach final destination.
- Supervising, Reviewing and Directing Sales & Marketing Team
- Updated with current changes for export and the Polymer and RIL MIS rates & Report
- **Reporting to: CEO**

**Skills**:

- Good Communication (Speak/Read/Write)
- Technical Skills (MS Office, Excel, Web search)
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and consumers
- Time & Team Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
