**Job Title: Export Marketing Executive (Textile Sector)**

**Location**: Ring Road Surat

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic export marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the têxtile industry.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment scheduling, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer specifications in export packing.
- Track shipment progress and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage export clearance procedures, including liaison with customs authorities and handling of related documentation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents through effective communication and professional interaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on export sales performance, market trends, and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Export Marketing Executive within the têxtile sector, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of export documentation, export packing methods, shipment tracking tools, and export clearance procedures.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to effectively coordinate with international clients and stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP software is preferred.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
