We are urgent hiring for Process Controller for Furniture Manufacturing company.

The Furniture Manufacturing Process Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders and production processes for a furniture manufacturer and exporter. This role involves closely monitoring and managing data flowing in Google Sheets and checklists, taking corrective actions to resolve issues or bottlenecks, and effectively communicating with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control the flow of orders and production processes through Google Sheets and checklists.
- Review data regularly to identify any discrepancies, delays, or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
- Take corrective actions to resolve issues and ensure the smooth progression of tasks.
- Follow up with assigned tasks and track their progress to avoid delays or disruptions.
- Coordinate with team members, including production personnel, suppliers, and logistics, to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to develop and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process flows, changes, and updates.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to management.
- Act as a point of contact for any queries or clarifications related to the production process.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions, guidelines, and support to ensure tasks are completed as per requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 3-4 years of experience in a similar process control or production coordination role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and checklists for order and production management.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including data analysis, formulae, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes and materials is preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
